We start every workday with a meeting.
Every meeting is recorded, and every recording is fed to AI to generate meeting minutes.
Once we have the AI-generated minutes, we ask AI to turn them into requirements.
Then we give those AI-generated requirements to AI and ask it to write the code.
After the code is written, it is handed to the manager.
The manager feeds it to AI for feedback, then forwards that feedback to the employee.
The employee takes the manager’s AI-generated feedback and asks AI to revise the work.
Once AI finishes the revision, it goes back to the manager, who feeds it to AI again for another round of feedback.
After three rounds of this cycle, the manager presents it to their own manager.
Then the entire cycle begins again.
Eventually, the deadline approaches, and the work is submitted.
